As a growing city in eastern North Carolina, the City of Dunn implemented a specific stormwater utility fund to meet increasing needs and allow for more proactive stormwater management. ESP has been recently contracted by the city to conduct an inventory of its drainage system, providing a key building block to support asset management strategy, as well as to support master planning, utility rate adjustments, capital improvement projects, potential NPDES reporting requirements, and other stormwater initiatives.
