Through this work, ESP has established strong working relationships with state and federal hazard mitigation staff. For these valued clients, we are honored to provide additional services such as hazard mitigation proposals, grant applications, benefit cost analysis, and other services related to relevant state and federal hazard mitigation grant programs like FEMA HMA grants (BRIC, HMGP, FMA) and HUD disaster recovery programs (CDBG-DR, CDBG-MIT).
