This 44.5-acre shopping center includes two anchor stores and five outparcels along I-77, Brawley School Road, and Talbert Road in Mooresville, NC. The center includes a 148,000-square-foot Costco, 62,000-square-foot Academy Sports, and five outparcels. The project also involved off-site roadway improvements and design of a 500-foot sidewalk along Talbert Road.
For this project, ESP prepared concept plans, detailed landscape plans, grading and erosion control plans, site layout, sidewalk design, and construction documents. Our team also performed boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys as well as geotechnical engineering services, construction administration, construction materials testing, and Special Inspections.
