Our team’s services also included landscape and streetscape design, evaluation and design of a speculative building, extension of a proposed road (Electric Avenue) for access to and around the speculative building, and reconstruction of an existing road (Genthe Court).

This project received funding from multiple partners, including SCDOT, SC Power Team, Regional Development Authority, York County Economic Development, and York Electric Cooperative. Extensive stakeholder coordination ensured the project met C-FUND requirements for York County and SCDOT.
