To develop a new business park on a 173-acre site partially owned by York County, ESP worked with York Electric Cooperative and SC Power Team to evaluate and plan the site.

As part of due diligence, ESP performed Phase I environmental site assessment and preliminary geotechnical exploration. ESP also provided topographic survey and boundary/subdivision plats for a 4.5-acre portion of the site planned for a potential York Electric substation and access road.

Working with multiple funding partners and property owners, our team coordinated with both public and private stakeholders, including the private owner of the site’s southern portion. Funding included Regional Development Authority grants.
