South Creek Cuts Ribbon on Albemarle Landing

On November 21st, Matt Levesque and Matt Reiking of ESP’s Community Infrastructure group in Fort Mill, were pleased to attend the ribbon cutting of Albemarle Landing, a newly constructed, 128-unit affordable housing community featuring two- and three-bedroom units. Residents can enjoy a covered picnic area, gazebo, community room, playground/tot lot, outdoor sitting areas, computer center, and EV charging stations. For this project, ESP was proud to partner with South Creek Development to provide civil engineering, planning and landscape architecture, geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, and survey services.
