ESP provided civil engineering and geotechnical engineering services in support of York County’s new water and sewer maintenance facility in Fort Mill, SC. Civil and site design services included preliminary engineering, grading plans, and underground stormwater detention layouts. After approval from the client, we prepared full construction documents, including site plans, grading and storm drainage, sediment and erosion control, utility plans for water and sanitary sewer, and code minimum landscape plans to meet county requirements.
