In 1971, Vickrey was founded in San Antonio, TX by Kennon & Norma Vickrey with the vision to develop a family-oriented firm dedicated to enhancing the community through reliable and reputable civil design, surveying, and consulting services.

Since Vickrey’s acquisition by ESP in December 2020, our team has worked diligently to become a trusted partner in the Texas market through the strategic combination of Vickrey’s local experience and connections and ESP’s specialized expertise in transportation, water resources engineering, and land development.
