ESP is pleased to welcome Sully Gibbs, PLS, as Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Director for our team of companies. Sully is based in our Morrisville, NC office and brings more than 23 years of deep expertise in SUE and surveying.
Over the years, Sully has managed a wide range of SUE projects: from small NCDOT bridge sites to complex, multi-mile routes along major highways, along with extensive work supporting municipalities across North Carolina.
His leadership includes management of a wide range of public infrastructure projects from municipal improvements to complex, multi-mile routes for NCDOT. His impressive portfolio includes:
• NCDOT Division 5 U-6118 Meridian Parkway to I-40 Interchange in Durham, NC
• NCDOT Division 11 HB-0069 Replacement of Bridge 12 over Reddies River in Wilkes County, NC
• NCDOT Division 5 HL-0133F US 70 Intersection Improvements to improve safety & reduce traffic congestion
