ESP is celebrating with our valued client, Mattamy Homes, on High Grove Oaks receiving a 2024 Major Achievement in Marketing and Excellence (MAME) Award for “Best Monument” from the Raleigh-Wake County Home Builders Association!
For this prestigious new single-family neighborhood in Fuquay-Varina, NC, ESP led a comprehensive branding, visioning, and wayfinding design process that consisted of an in-depth exploration of the neighborhood’s identity and development of a strategic branding approach, including logo designs, color palettes, and mood imagery. This foundational work guided a collaborative effort to design an award-winning entrance monument.
