ESP Welcomes Srini Krishnaswamy, MS, BS as PM/CM Business Unit Executive

ESP is proud to welcome Srini Krishnaswamy, Program Management / Construction Management (PM/CM) Business Unit Executive, to our enterprise of companies. Srini is based in Tampa, Florida, and will oversee the growth and operations of our PM/CM business unit as we continue our expansion.

Srini joins ESP with over 30 years of experience as a PM/CM leader, with extensive experience in projects across our key market verticals, including transportation, K-12 and higher education, power, healthcare, and more. He has spearheaded cross-selling and growth initiatives with a strong background in diversifying project portfolios and growing operations across different geographies.

A proven leader with both technical and operational expertise, Srini has successfully managed over $525 million in gross revenue across public and private sector markets while managing a team of over 1,400 engineers across various disciplines. High-profile projects include construction management for $7B LA Metro Segment 3 project, a $90M Disneyland California resort expansion, and the $1B lead abatement program for the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA). Srini brings a robust understanding of scaling operations to be both efficient and sustainable as we continue to take on critical infrastructure projects throughout the nation.

In addition to overseeing PM/CM operations, Srini will lead our growth and diversification efforts in the Western and Florida regions, expanding our various service offerings into new and familiar territories through ongoing cross-collaboration across ESP’s team of companies.

“We’re excited to have Srini Kris join the ESP team as we begin the next chapter of our growth journey,” says Dave Dickey, AICP, Chief Executive Officer. “Srini not only brings an in-depth understanding of each of our business units but also a strategic mindset to help propel our service offerings on a national scale.”

Srini supersedes Keith Meyer, PE, former President of Ditesco, an ESP Company, a program, project, and construction management firm with an engineering backbone based in Fort Collins, Colorado. Keith officially retired from the firm earlier this year, with Bill Renz, PE, stepping into the role of President. Bill is a tenured employee of over a decade and will lead Ditesco’s operations in Colorado and work closely with Srini to identify growth opportunities as the PM/CM business unit moves further east and south.

Srini’s vision will be instrumental in expanding our national footprint, and we look forward to seeing the success he will bring to our clients and team members alike. Welcome to ESP, Srini!
