Bill Renz Named President of Ditesco, an ESP Company

Bill has been with Ditesco for 13 years and has helped shape the firm — from fostering team growth and building lasting client partnerships to managing some of the firm’s most complex and impactful infrastructure projects.

With more than 18 years of experience in engineering and construction, Bill brings deep technical expertise and a collaborative, hands-on approach to every phase of project delivery. He has successfully managed heavy civil infrastructure projects across Colorado, including large-diameter water transmission lines, water and wastewater treatment facility expansions, sanitary sewer lift stations, and transportation improvements. His experience spans both public and private sectors and includes construction contract and contractor claims management, project management and oversight, design coordination, estimating, contractor procurement, site supervision, and inspection.  Bill started his career working in California, Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii before joining Ditesco in 2012.  Over the past 13 years, Bill has been a key part of over $500M in water, wastewater, utility, and transportation improvements in Colorado.

Bill’s leadership, commitment to Ditesco’s culture, and dedication to enriching our clients’ project delivery experience will continue to guide the firm as we grow and serve communities across Colorado and beyond. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Colorado and holds a B.S. in Mining Engineering from Virginia Tech University.
