Carl Gibilaro Joins ESP as Transportation Director – East

ESP is pleased to welcome Carl Gibilaro, PE, as Transportation Director – East for our EP Team of Companies. Based in our Huntersville, NC office, Carl brings over 30 years of experience in the transportation industry, with a focus on transportation planning and the development of NEPA- and SEPA-compliant engineering and environmental documentation for both public and private clients.

Carl has worked across a wide range of transportation projects: from straightforward intersection improvements to complex, new-location toll roads. His ability to navigate regulatory frameworks, stakeholder priorities, and technical complexity makes him a strong leader for the Transportation Business Unit as we continue to grow our services in the Carolinas and beyond.

In his new role, Carl will help lead strategic business development, client relationships, and team leadership across the eastern region. His arrival reinforces our ongoing investment in delivering high-quality transportation solutions that improve mobility, safety, and resilience for the communities we serve.
