On September 27th, our San Antonio office attended the ribbon cutting for Weslaco Village, a newly reconstructed 50-unit affordable housing community offering one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units. Residents of this new community can also enjoy a swimming pool with cabana, community room, state-of-the-art fitness center, computer center, and an outdoor playground. For this project, ESP was proud to partner with Prospera Housing Community Services to provide civil engineering, landscape architecture, and survey services.
