Bexar County Cuts Ribbon on Precinct 4 Satellite Campus

On April 22nd, ESP’s San Antonio office (formerly Vickrey & Associates, LLC) was honored to participate in the ribbon cutting and dedication ceremony of Bexar County’s new 51-acre Precinct 4 Satellite Campus in Converse, TX. Supporting Bexar County in its long-term vision for accessible government services in the region, ESP is proud to have played a key role as the master planner for this important community facility.

The planning effort involved master planning the larger development, land use compatibility, and key infrastructure to support county operations and potential complementary uses. This process also required working closely with representatives at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph to minimize impacts on their pilot training facilities and comply with guidelines protecting military air operations.

Led by our project manager, Jeff Tondre, ESP also provided civil engineering services for the campus’s 32,000-square-foot office building and 160-vehicle parking lot as part of the design team, which included Huitt-Zollars, Byrne Construction, and Grace PG Design Group.
