To fulfill the Town of Fort Mill’s vision for a regional league and tournament ballpark, Banks Athletic Park is being developed on a 25-acre site previously donated to the town in a public-private partnership with Lennar Homes.
The inclusive play area, designed in partnership with Cunningham Associates Gametime and funded by private grant, features a 12,000-square-foot Miracle playground with colorful, durable, low-maintenance ADA-accessible play structures to promote movement and provide an enclosed, safe place to play.
