The ESP team is proud to have served our valued client City of Fairview, TN in the creation of their recently adopted parks master plan! Setting forth a clear vision to meet current and future parks and recreation needs while also preserving the city’s history and rural character as it grows, the parks master plan provides a flexible framework for planning, acquisition, development, and administration of parks and recreation resources, programs, and facilities. The parks master plan process sought input and consensus from staff, citizens, and stakeholders over an eight-month period, resulting in a plan that serves a diverse range of users and provides safe and well-maintained linkages to important natural, cultural, and civic destinations, neighborhoods, and other points of interest.
